What we collect

Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone.
Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
Basic site analytics to understand what's useful and improve the store.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, provide support, and, if you opt in, send occasional emails. We only send what matters, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the shop work: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and email platform. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. We honour applicable privacy rights under Québec (Law 25), Canadian, and other relevant regulations.
