“I actually look forward to taking it on my runs.”
Emily C., verified buyer
My favorite running gels. Will buy again
Love it
Good taste and consistency
This gel goes down so easy. I actually look forward to taking it on my runs. Will be buying again.

AMAZING PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I absolutely love these gels. They are the perfect combo for my long endurance events!
The packaging is easy to open, and the taste is great. They have a good amount of carbohydrates and electrolytes for the weight. What's not to like?
I'm not a runner, but I use the FOCUS gels as an alternative to coffee and energy drinks. I really enjoy getting 70mg of caffeine quickly, without having to consume an entire beverage
I spend way too much time reading labels so I’m skeptical of most energy products. This one checked all the boxes; real maple, nothing weird, and it actually works. Used it on a long trail hike and felt sharp the whole way through, no crash after. I bought the variety pack to try out the other options. Can’t wait! For someone who has to be careful what I put in my body, this one’s hard to beat. Thank you
Great
Sweet & good
Feeling good after a hard interval session
delicious. I want to put it in some snow, roll it up on a popsicle stick and gnaw on it.

I’ve only used them a few times now, but I love the taste and texture! I actually look forward to taking them, unlike many other gels. I’m so happy to have found them, and love they are Canadian!

The packets are easy to use, and the different varieties are fun. Really helped me in my hockey game, pre and during.

Digested well and tasted great.

The gels are great. Tastes amazing and I feel awesome after. Usually use Maurten for races but these are definitely my new go-to for my entire training block... Ordering another box.

Sève gels are fantastic if you're looking for something portable, healthy, easy-to-use and science backed. It's super refreshing to look at an ingredient list and see only simple, natural ingredients being used. I also had a fun time looking through the website and educating myself on their offerings and their use-cases. Highly recommend giving this one a try if you care about your performance and what you put in your body.
Sève helped fuel me through a 50 km trail run. Great taste, easy to ingest, and it sat really well during the entire run. Highly recommend it for long-distance adventures.
Super produit. Super goût. Bravo!
The best Fuel on the market - there is no other competitor
Easy and fast to eat. No problems digesting. Just great.
Love the taste and all the benefits. Easy to open on the go.
I don't usually train with gels, but will be using these again! I was told my a member of your team to try 6 gels for my half marathon, but I would suggest not telling people to do that... as I had a negative effect on my stomach after my race when I used 4-5. Soooo delicious though!
I tried the variety pack and was pleasantly surprised. I expected a maple-based gel to be a lot sweeter or heavier, but it was actually smooth, fairly neutral, and easy to take while moving. The biggest thing for me was that it didn’t upset my stomach and the taste didn’t linger after taking it. That’s usually what makes or breaks a gel for me. The flavour is there, but it doesn’t take over, which I appreciated. My favourite in the pack was Focus. It still had the same smooth feel, but the added caffeine made it feel like the one I’d reach for during harder efforts or when I need a bit more of a push.
Love this product!
I didn’t follow the “don’t try anything new on race day” but felt comfortable enough using the Seve because I use maple syrup in my coffee every morning! I used the Seve gels for the Boston Marathon, they were so easy to take down and of course were delicious! I took one every 30 minutes and came through the finish line with a PB of 3:11!!! Very happy and will order them again!
This pack includes the essentials for my training block needs.
Énergie soutenue selon le mode sélectionné. Je ne suis pas un fan des gels à l'habitude mais cette solution ci est excellente et le goût de l'érable est naturel. Délicieux
Great taste, seems to work!
Such great fuel for my runs. The recovery ones especially
I like that the variety pack hits all my training needs from recovery runs to races.
I tried my first Seve Endurance gel pack recently during a cross country ski. The flavour was delicious and the consistency was not too thick. The package was easy to fit in my waist pack. I felt extra energy in second half of ski. Thank you for this excellent new product!!
The product tastes great! I feel re-energized during long workouts and I especially love the recup
Didn’t love the one with caffeine. Weird after taste however the other two were fantastic.
Sève gels have become a go-to in my training rotation, and honestly the taste alone sets them apart — clean, natural, and nothing that makes you dread mid-run fueling. What I really appreciate is how well the different gels are designed for different efforts, whether I'm on a long easy run or dialing in a harder session. Simple, effective, and actually enjoyable to use.
This is genuinely delicious!! I’ve always avoided gels because they never sit well with me. I used to rely on candy or fruit bars for longer rides and runs, but they never really did the job and I’d usually feel pretty awful afterwards. Seve went down so easily, tasted great, and I was actually excited to take the next one. It didn’t feel overly sweet, and I never got that big sugar rush or crash after. I couldn’t recommend it more. And the packaging is super easy to open, no matter what you’re doing.
Good fuel during my half marathon would recommend
Tastes amazing and gives me a serious boost on long runs
So happy with the variety pack! Was a great way to try all 3 products! Taste is delicious and will for sure be ordering again!
Really smooth energy without the crash. Easy to take and actually tastes good! Definitely keeping them in my routine.
Very strong Maple flavour not really what i was expecting. Felt like i was drinking right out of the syrup jug. The used packets are incredibly sticky because the gel is quite liquidity.
Why Sève performs.
Because the carbohydrate is maple
Maple syrup is mostly sucrose, glucose and fructose already bonded together. That is where the 26 g of carbohydrate in every gel comes from, and why it tastes like maple.
Because the dose is measured
190 mg of sodium and 125 mg of potassium, both as citrates, measured into every pouch. Focus adds 70 mg of caffeine. Recover adds 50 mg of magnesium malate. Every amount is on the label.
Flow is three ingredients: Grade A Québec maple syrup, sodium citrate, potassium citrate. Third-party tested.
Three formulas. One maple base.
Flow for the base miles, Focus for race day, Recover for the days between. The Variety Pack carries one of each.
Singles from $3.25, or $2.79 a gel in the 24-Pack.
Why Sève
Real maple
The tree already built a dual fuel: glucose and fructose in one molecule, two absorption pathways at once.

Citrate, not sea salt
Sodium and potassium, the two electrolytes you sweat out. Sea salt only gives you one.

Third-party tested
Not our word for it: the full panel, measured at an accredited independent lab in Longueuil.

Why switch
There's a reason the world's best race on maple
The most marketed gel in endurance sport is clear and tastes like nothing. Marketing gets you to try something once; what's in the pouch decides whether you stay.
Shop By Effort
Same maple base. Three doses for three kinds of day.
The base gel
26g of carbohydrate from real Québec maple, in every gel.
Sodium and potassium citrate: both electrolytes you sweat out, named on the label.
Three ingredients. No maltodextrin.
Key actives
When to use
Race-day sharpness
The same maple base, carrying 70mg of natural caffeine from green coffee.
Enough to help, calibrated so you can repeat it across a long race.
Two sugars, two absorption pathways: glucose and fructose arrive together.
Key actives
When to use
For the days between
The maple base plus 50mg of magnesium malate for active recovery.
Gentle fuel for easy sessions and the days between hard ones.
Same electrolyte load: 190mg sodium and 125mg potassium as citrates.
Key actives
When to use
Fuel on a schedule. Not on a feeling.
Why fuelling properly matters
Sodium and potassium as citrate, 190 mg and 125 mg per gel. Take one every 20 to 30 minutes on the move; the full protocol is in the Fuel Guide.
Learn moreFuel feeds the brain as well as the legs. Steady glucose and a full electrolyte load keep energy even deep into a session. On race days, Focus adds 70 mg of caffeine, shown to lower perceived effort in endurance work.

Pure Québec maple
Why maple
Athletes were fuelling on maple straight from the bottle long before we put it in a pouch.
Lionel Sanders built his fuelling around maple syrup at the Ironman World Championship in St. George and finished second in the world. The salt in the bottle, he added himself.
Ted King left the WorldTour, won Unbound Gravel twice on maple, then bet his next career on it.
Neither races for us. They chose the carbohydrate. Sève is that same maple, with the electrolytes already in the pouch.
