Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Sève account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund your order as appropriate.
