We stand behind the gels with a 30-day money-back guarantee, gels finished or not. If Sève doesn't sit easier and hold steadier than what you use now, we'll make it right.

How to start a return

• Email info@seveendurance.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• Tell us what didn't work. Your feedback genuinely shapes the product.
• We'll issue a refund or replacement, usually within two business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your entire order is refunded, including shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to info@seveendurance.com and we'll replace it at no cost, no return shipping needed.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. Cancelled subscriptions stop at the end of the current cycle.
